Born in Rumania

Graduated from Textile Institute of Technology,  Iasi, Romania in 1994.

Studied painting in private with several Romanian artists  

Involved in theatre projects  as a set designer with UNIART THEATRE between 1993-1998

Worked as graphic designer in publishing until 1997

Immigrated to USA in 1998.  Currently living and working in New York City.                               

      I see with my hands, I hear with my eyes , I smell with my ears.   I travel the continents of emotions guided by  both light and darkness . And I am grateful that I am alive .   Daniel Iliescu
